It’s been five years since Compulsive Magazine first graced newsstands and captivated readers with its engaging content, stunning visuals, and unique perspective on fashion, entertainment, and culture. And to celebrate this milestone, the magazine threw an unforgettable anniversary party that left everyone buzzing with excitement.
The party was held at N10 Restaurant, a chic and trendy spot that perfectly captured the vibe of the occasion. The guest list was star-studded, featuring some of the most talented and influential personalities in the industry. Hosted by model Kivon Lindley and actress Giulia Lupetti, the night was full of glamor, laughter, and celebration.
One of the highlights of the evening was the Inspired by You Awards, which honored a select group of individuals who had made a significant impact in their respective fields. These honorees included Compulsive Publisher Dr. Cookie Humphrey, and Co-Publisher, Breona Moore, actresses Dani and Dannah Lane, activist Sylvia Santos, rapper Chad Watson, celebrity photographer Arnold Turner, and Italian photographer Raimondo Rossi. The honorees were each presented with a California Proclamation by Senator Steven Bradford’s office, recognizing their contributions to their communities. Deon and Roxanne Taylor were also surprised with an Inspired by You Awards to recognize the work they do in film and entertainment.

But the real star of the night was actress Paige Audrey-Marie Hurd, who graced the cover of the latest issue of Compulsive Magazine. The stunning cover, shot by Arnold Taylor, perfectly captured Paige’s beauty and charisma, and served as a testament to the magazine’s commitment to showcasing diverse and talented individuals.
Throughout the evening, guests mingled and networked, enjoying delicious food and drinks provided by sponsors, including The High Hour, Duke’s Wine, Tanya Marie Naturals, AVALAH, Icebreakers Water, Panna, Botanic Beauty, S.Pellegrino, and Ferrari Trento.
And of course, the magazine’s Junior Editor, Autumn Hawkins and Editor, August Styles were on hand to greet guests and ensure that everyone had a great time.
The party was a testament to the magazine’s dedication to bringing people together and celebrating the best and brightest in fashion, entertainment, and culture. And with the release of issue 11, which hit stands just two days prior to the event, readers were treated to even more of the engaging and insightful content that has made Compulsive Magazine a must-read for anyone who wants to stay on the cutting edge of style and culture.
So here’s to Compulsive Magazine, five years in the making and still going strong. We can’t wait to see what they have in store for the future, but one thing’s for sure – it’s going to be fabulous.
