“I didn’t go seeking a hormone fix. I didn’t even realize they were the problem,” McLeod explains. “I just wanted to feel better.” After spending years in demanding corporate roles, she faced chronic stress, poor sleep, and intense sugar cravings—symptoms that she initially dismissed as inevitable side effects of her high-performance lifestyle. However, the more she learned about hormonal health, the more she realized how these imbalances were at the root of her struggles. The Healthy Hustle Method was born from McLeod’s personal experience. Many of her clients are professionals and entrepreneurs who, despite healthy diets and regular workouts, still struggle to see results. “People are doing all the right things, but if their hormones are out of balance, they won’t get results,” McLeod notes. Hormonal imbalances can cause a host of issues, from stubborn weight gain to chronic fatigue, making it difficult to see progress even with strict diet and exercise.
One of McLeod’s remarkable client transformations involved a mother of two running a family business while dealing with weight gain, stress, and sleep issues. She couldn’t achieve the desired results despite following a decent diet and exercising regularly. Within the first month of working with McLeod, she lost 10 pounds, transitioned off her antidepressants, and started sleeping through the night”, McLeod says. “The bigger win was that she felt more confident, energized, and in control of her life.” The Healthy Hustle Method goes beyond physical transformation—it touches every aspect of a person’s life, helping them achieve holistic well-being.
In the last year since launching her program, McLeod has helped over 100 women achieve significant transformations. In 6 months, I helped clients achieve the results that took me nearly 10 years. Once someone understands their body and how to balance their hormones, their entire life transforms,” she explains. Her experience transitioning from a fast-paced corporate world to a more balanced, fulfilled lifestyle fuels her desire to guide others through a similar process.
Before founding the Healthy Hustle Method, McLeod’s career was filled with professional success. She had climbed the corporate ladder, holding positions at globally recognized companies such as Adidas, Reebok, and Crocs. By 30, she was her company’s youngest eCommerce country director, managing high-growth markets in Australia and Singapore. However, despite all of her accomplishments and loving her work, McLeod felt the physical and mental toll of her work. Constant stress, lack of sleep, and poor health were the price she paid for her success.
“I was also constantly exhausted. My body wasn’t functioning as it should have been,” she recalls. “That’s when I realized that success at the expense of health isn’t true success at all.” This personal wake-up call pushed her to dive deep into health and wellness, ultimately leading her to become an integrative health practitioner. By embracing functional medicine and studying under renowned experts, McLeod discovered the key to unlocking lasting health and vitality—hormonal balance.
As a health coach, McLeod has applied the lessons she learned in the corporate world to her coaching practice. “Managing teams and overseeing large projects taught me how to organize and structure things in a way that gets results,” she says. Now, I do that for my clients’ health.” She has created a clear, actionable path for her clients, ensuring they achieve their health goals and transform their lives from the inside out.
Her journey from corporate leader to wellness entrepreneur is one of resilience, passion, and transformation. Her success with the Healthy Hustle Method reflects her commitment to helping others achieve balance. “I always knew I wanted to help people,” McLeod shares. “Now, I can do that in a way that truly changes lives. A new client comes into the Healthy Hustle program every week, and I get to sit back and watch her transform.”
