Join Colombian Coffee House’s Journey to 100 Locations

Colombian Coffee House (CCH) isn’t just brewing coffee; it’s brewing success, culture, and community. Established in 2017, this boutique coffee shop has rapidly become a local treasure in downtown Delray Beach and East Boca Raton, Florida. Known for its tagline #BestCoffeeInTown, CCH has set its sights on an ambitious goal – opening over 100 locations within the next five years. Join us on this exciting journey of expansion, cultural enrichment, and investment opportunities.

The story of CCH is a testament to the American dream and the power of partnership. Founded by three cousins in 2017, it was Diana Guevara, the original founder, who persevered when the storm clouds gathered. In 2021, Mark Worch, an Italian-Guyanese entrepreneur with a passion for storytelling and entrepreneurship, acquired an ownership interest in the company, igniting a new era of growth and cultural exploration.

A Cultural Experience in Every Cup

CCH is not your average coffee shop. It’s a cultural experience. Every cup of coffee served at CCH is crafted from beans imported directly from Popayán, Colombia, and roasted with care in Delray Beach, Florida. The result is a blend that transports patrons to the heart of Colombia with each sip.

Mark Worch, CEO of CCH, explains, “We serve love, one cup of coffee at a time. Our mission is simple: we strive to create a sense of community and provide value in the lives of every individual who walks through our doors. We believe that coffee and gourmet Colombian food are powerful tools for achieving this mission.”

A Commitment to Excellence

CCH has built a reputation for excellence. Beyond exceptional coffee, the shop offers a wide variety of gourmet Colombian American cuisine. Customers consistently praise CCH for its outstanding customer service, in-dining experience, and the authenticity of its food. This commitment to excellence has made CCH a cherished part of the community.

From Small Beginnings to Grand Ambitions

CCH’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. It began as a small coffee shop in 2017 and has since grown into a cultural ambassador. Currently, CCH is in the midst of an expansion phase, simultaneously opening its second and third locations with plans for many more. The vision is bold, but the approach to expansion is unique. Diana and Mark are actively seeking equity partners who share their vision and passion for creating a unique cultural experience.

Mark emphasizes, “We’re not just looking for investors; we’re seeking partners who see the immense potential of our coffee shop and are willing to join us from the ground up. We’re also excited about opening numerous stores with franchisees.”

Colombian Coffee House is more than just a coffee shop; it’s an opportunity to be part of something remarkable. By joining our journey, you’ll discover the story of two visionaries who are shaping the future of coffee culture and entrepreneurship. Their story is a testament to the power of community, the warmth of shared experiences, and the love that can be served, one cup of coffee at a time.

Meet the Visionaries

Behind CCH’s incredible journey are two visionary individuals who are not only shaping the future of coffee culture but also embodying the American dream.

Diana Guevara: The Financial Backbone

Diana Guevara, the original founder and CFO of CCH, brings a wealth of financial expertise and a deep understanding of economics and business administration to the business. With a degree in economics and business administration from Colombia, Diana gained valuable experience working in finance before bringing her talents to the United States. Prior to CCH, she served as the financial director of a nonprofit rehabilitation center for women. Her journey has taught her the significance of service and the power of making people feel good, even if it’s just through a cup of quality coffee. Diana is currently 45 years old, married, and a mother to a four-year-old daughter.

Mark Worch: The Entrepreneurial Creative

Mark Worch, CEO of CCH, is an Italian-Guyanese entrepreneur with a passion for film, real estate, and creating value in people’s lives. Mark’s journey with CCH began as a customer, and his enthusiasm led him to acquire an ownership interest in the company in early 2021. As both a customer and an owner, Mark is known as “The Colombian Coffee King” and “El patron del café.” His dedication to CCH led him to create the short film www.RIPstarbucks.com, documenting the decline of a global coffee giant that once stood across the street from CCH’s downtown Delray Beach location. Mark has also recently produced the feature documentary film, #UNFOLLOW Movie, exploring the impact of social media on society.
