Starting a business nowadays is partly due to passion and partly due to the desire to take full control of one’s life and income. This holds for Shante’ Armstrong, who started her business in direct sales five years ago and now boldly says it is the best thing she has done for herself career-wise. She currently works as a NICU Registered Nurse while she navigates her entrepreneurial journey.
Her company offers a nutritional 3-step program that provides the best in health and wellness in the market. In her words, “My company allows me to be my own boss babe and set my hours and determine my earning potential.” Shante’ Armstrong aims to inspire professional-minded women between the ages of 25 and 55 who are looking for a lifestyle change from a health standpoint and financial freedom.
As a family-oriented woman and a doting mother of two children and an English bulldog, Shante’ Armstrong has created a life of convenience for herself and holds the hope of retiring from her current job someday to face her business full-time. Since she launched her business, she has enjoyed every bit of the process, most especially when her customers come back to thank her for helping them get their lives back. “Those little appreciative words put a big smile on my face always, and it’s fulfilling to see the roles I play in helping people get back their lives,” she says. “Besides helping people, the bigger picture for me is taking full control of my own life and helping other people do the same,” Shante’ adds.
Shante’ Armstrong was motivated to build a company as part of a deep search for her true self. In her words, “I know I needed to have some foundation, I needed something that I could be consistent with, I felt like I didn’t know who I was or what it is that I specifically had to offer that would potentially be exclusive of me that sets me aside from the rest.” She sees herself as a never-ending work in progress every day, and even though she now has a semblance of stability in her life, she knows that there is still a lot of work to do in the future.
Shante’ Armstrong’s ultimate goal is to retire as a NICU nurse within the next five years and run her company full-time. She also expects to be the top earner at her company, raking in a five-figure income weekly. Shante’ has big dreams, and even though she has experienced her fair share of failures, she remains actively committed to bringing her dreams to life and helping others become the best version of themselves. “The ultimate goal is generational wealth,” she says. Shante’ is putting herself in the spotlight to inspire many young aspiring entrepreneurs that nothing is impossible. From a young age, she has nurtured her dreams, and even though she had to get a regular job, things have begun to take shape for her to create the kind of life she has always wanted.
