Dr. Jason Cellars, a visionary dentist passionate about transforming smiles, has made SeaCliff Dental Well-regarded in the dental community. Inspired by a desire to combine his love for science, art, and people, Dr. Cellars embarked on a career dedicated to providing high quality dental care.
“My initial inspiration for a career in dentistry came from my positive experience with my orthodontist who seemed to have a fun and enjoyable job,” Dr. Cellars recalls. “He walked around his beautiful office telling jokes and it just seemed like an enjoyable job. It wasn’t until high school and undergrad that I fully realized the scope of what dentists do, and I was drawn to the field because I realized how much it combined my love to work with my hands, science, and people. My dad was a welder so I grew up working with my hands and building things and have always loved it. Dentistry to me is like combining art, engineering, sculpting, and medicine, which I love.”

“Our practice offers a wide range of dental services, from routine cleanings and checkups to complex procedures like full-mouth reconstruction, veneers, crowns, fillings, implants, orthodontics, and TMJ treatment. Whatever you need, this is the first place to go. Sometimes a specialist is needed but they usually require a referral from us, so we are usually the first stop for everything dental.”

Dr. Cellars and his team stay updated with the latest dental technology and procedure advancements to help provide high-quality care. “The only way to stay updated with the latest advancements is to be obsessed with dentistry,” he says. “We have all of the latest technology that helps us, but it is the passion that allows us to learn to provide our patients with the ideal results continuously.”
A Patient-Centered Philosophy
SeaCliff Dental sets itself apart by prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction. “We emphasized our patients’ comfort,” Dr. Cellars explains. We offer headphones, TV, blankets, pillows, nitrous, sedation, etc. But we always try to find ways to go out of our way to make an experience better. Putting the patient’s comfort first and taking as much time as needed with each patient makes a significant difference.”

Dr. Cellars and his team take pride in the positive impact they have on their patients’ lives. “There are so many memorable patient success stories, particularly in cosmetic dentistry,” he shares. “The special stories are of those patients who come back months after their procedure and report life-changing experiences after receiving treatments that restored their confidence and transformed their smiles. A particular memory is when our patient, who had been a teacher for 20 years, came in with tears, telling us he smiled in the school photos for the first time after 20 years, which was amazing. Why do we do what we do?”
