Along the way, she faced significant challenges, including bullying, emotional abuse, and a car accident in 2020, that disrupted her massage therapy career. These experiences ignited her passion for promoting restoration and harmony in others. 

Undeterred, Treneta is shifting her focus to coaching, speaking, and writing. By sharing her experiences, she empowers others to navigate their own challenges. Her commitment to transformation exemplifies her belief that adversity can be a catalyst for growth.

Pursuing Purpose Through Faith  

A spiritual encounter with God became a turning point, inspiring Treneta to pursue a vision of speaking and singing for audiences. This experience deepened her sense of purpose and strengthened her resolve to guide others. In 2019, she built a business called, “Healing 4 You”  and became a John Maxwell leadership coach embracing her role as a mentor and leader dedicated to fostering growth, value, and confidence in others.

Treneta also founded the Rise and Restore Academy. This initiative supports leaders, families, and entrepreneurs in overcoming obstacles, building healthy relationships, and achieving success. Treneta teaches that when you live with purpose, others will follow your influence and will grow in full abundance and fulfillment.
