Reality shows have left an impact on global audiences. They provide viewers with a deeper perspective on other people’s lifestyles, from celebrities to ordinary individuals. Entering the world of reality television is a new show called Power. It aims to showcase the authentic lives of social media influencers and give viewers a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes of their daily hustle.
Power values personal growth, development, and success. With the recent influx of social media influencers, the reality show wants to highlight the tenacity behind the craft and how such driven individuals work day and night creating content for their followers. It also follows them while they go out for casting and auditions, their journey towards individual style through clothing and fashion, and how they pursue various arts such as dancing and music.
Power also highlights what viewers do not see on screen, going beyond the glamorous lives influencers show across their platforms. The show seeks to give audiences a complete view of what it means to work as a public figure and how they worked their way to success. Like most individuals, influencers also face daily struggles.
Among the influencers to be featured on the emerging reality show is Herbert Welch, a hardworking and passion-driven achiever. He has a multifaceted personality. Herbert is a singer, dancer, and actor who is currently growing his influence in the digital space. With a winning mindset and go-getter attitude, Herbert is indeed one of the most promising influencers of his generation, and he is stopping at nothing to reach the pinnacle of his career.
Herbert Welch grew up in Mount Dora, Florida. He worked his way to the influencer status despite the odds stacked high against him. He is highly competitive. Fueled by his passion, determination, and perseverance, Herbert was able to rise from a small-town individual to a national phenomenon. The twenty-year-old aims to surpass his limits, exceed expectations, and break down barriers to reach his goals.
“Viewers will benefit from Power, as its primary goal is to motivate aspirants to take action toward the goals in order to achieve success in the coming years,” shared Herbert Welch.
Along with Herbert Welch, Power will also showcase the lives of other rising influencers, including Qualick Woody, Demetrius Terrell, Diamond Mesidor, and Hayden Keidl.
Diamond Mesidor is currently a student at Stetson University. While pursuing her passion for entrepreneurship at the university, the nineteen-year-old visionary discovered her love for fashion and design.
“School was my main motive for fashion designing because my mom was a single parent, and some years, she didn’t have money to get us clothing for school so my sister and I had to depend on my creative mind and sewing skills. It was many years where I’ve had to recreate outfits, and due to insufficient funds, I’ll always be grateful because it’s what helped me find my passion. In five years, I see myself with my own successful clothing line along with a name brand of my own in my own store,” said Diamond.
Viewers will also meet Demetrius Terrell, a nineteen-year-old YouTuber from Memphis who chose to be an influencer to become his own boss. Growing up, he played sports and explored many talents.
“The reason I picked YouTube was because it was something I could do to keep my mind off the stuff that was going on in my life. It was like a mini-vacation hopping behind that camera and just making people laugh. I loved it so much,” said Demetrius.
Additionally, Power will also showcase the authenticity behind nineteen-year-old influencer Qualick Woody. Born in Hartford, New York, he first discovered his love for acting in grade school. Today, he is pursuing a career in modeling, acting, and fashion.
